No “what ifs” for me.

I won’t “what if” my life away
what is – is. I deal with it it
isn’t ideal the way I feel
when things go wrong and they go wrong
helluva lot. The “what if” song’s
too sad too long and slightly flat,
sets teeth on edge – I don’t like that.
“What ifs” could swamp eternity
I‘m more a fan of “what will be.”
